No Water. No water arriving at a fixture usually means a bigger problem. No worries, we'll find it and fix it and have you back to normal in no time.
No Hot Water. Sounds like you need a new water heater - but we'll troubleshoot the one you have first. Sometimes there's a straight-forward fix.
Low water pressure. Shower used to feel like a shower, now it feels like a polite suggestion. Usually it's the pressure-reducing valve at the main, and usually we can swap it the same day.
Frozen pipes. Winter in Philly is hard enough without finding your heat off, pipes frozen, and water (or ice!) across your floor. Take a deep breath. We'll get you handled and warm again.
Repipes. If your pipes are gray and older than you are, they're galvanized. That means it's time to talk about replacement. We swap them for PEX or copper, one section or the whole house.
Cast iron drain replacement. Cast iron drain pipes inside the walls make weird noises right before they fail. We replace the run before it stains your ceiling.
Winterization. Headed somewhere warm for the winter? We shut the water down right so you come back to a house, not a swimming pool.
Toilets. Old one running all night? Wobbling on the floor? We swap it for one that works and shuts up.
Shower mixing valves and cartridges. Shower can't decide between scalding and freezing? Almost always it's the mixing valve or the cartridge. We keep those parts on the truck.
Sinks and garbage disposals. Kitchen, bathroom, utility, doesn't matter. Disposal humming but not grinding? That's a jam, not a death.
Dishwasher and ice maker hookups. Bought the appliance, opened the manual, regretted it? We'll do the hookup.
Hose bibs. Outdoor faucet stuck open, stuck shut, or sweating onto your foundation? We swap it for one that'll still work after three winters.
Sump pumps. Your basement has one because it used to flood. When that pump dies, you want to replace it before you find a pond in your basement.
Pressure-reducing valves. The thing that keeps city pressure from blowing out your fixtures. When it fails, the whole house knows.
Whole-house water filtration. Philly water is fine. But if you want better than fine, we install the filters that take “fine” to “great!”
